So, my purchase was no longer a necessity, but more of a curiosity as to the standard of knives that carried the title of this TV series. Over the remaining month, I have been fortunately the utilization of these knives and they are nice. For me, they are smartly balanced and straightforward to keep extraordinarily sharp with the temporary use of the sharpening metal ahead of use. They are just pleasant to use.

The shears work fantastic but I saved my different pair because these can't be disassembled for cleansing. This shouldn't be a negative but my desire.
