    Reviews for MAC model Santoku Knife w/Bolster (#MSK65) (Kitchen) My wife needed a Santoku knife and after a little research, determined on the MAC Santoku knife. Well balanced, gentle weight (compared to our Henckels sequence set), and so VERY sharp. It feels like I am the use of a razor. Slicing thru tomatos, hen, fruits, and so on are EFFORTLESS.

    Using my older knives in the house feels awkward and clumsy in comparison with the Santoku.

I like its excessive agility- it has a lovely, energetic action which is excessively applicable to very fast but actual chopping. It is extremely sharp, and the granton part operates neatly. It is the entire thing a santoku will have to be. I used a Shun for a protracted time unless I realised that it was once simply too thick to produce the roughly precision cuts I wanted to make.
